The Vista Green Community is a joint development of Lakeshore Habitat for Humanity and Jubilee Ministries. Both of these organizations are building a portion of the homes being constructed and working with prospective homeowners.

Are Vista Green Homes Available To Rent?
No. The Vista Green Community and the homes within it are being built for Owner Occupants.
What is the Vista Green HOA?
What is the Vista Green HOA?
The Vista Green HOA (Home Owner's Association) is a organization, comprised of all Vista Green's Co-owners, which deals with the general upkeep and maintenance of common areas, establishes standards of acceptable use and fosters community.
The HOA is run by a board, made up of volunteers elected by thier fellow Co-owners. The board includes three officers. They are the President, Secretary and Treasurer. The board includes two additional non-officer members.
What Are Dues & Assessments?
What Are Dues & Assessments?
Dues are money collected to maintain the common areas of Vista Green and pay for the necessary repair and/or replacement of common property elements, like roofs, the underground sprinkling system, etc. Assessments are "bills" for things that are not budgeted for. Ideally, special assessments will not be needed.
